You clearly don't understand what it's like to live on a retirement pension. Without that, to me, there is no real "hey this is a real thing from a real person from that relative". My file did have about 10,000 images, but only about 20 of those were photos or my own scans - all the rest were from ancestry databases. The hard thing is to find a way to channel and use that knowledge so that those users feel valued and not frustrated. My frustration with the product is less than my frustration with the lack of appropriate customer support response. Maybe that will change as ancestry.com improves its website, but maybe it won't.
