The reason I do this is that we have terminal servers at work and a lot of data is stored at appdata, if we did not redirect appdata it would be So at this time the only workaround for me was to use version 3.2.x. (Which solved the issue). The Application cannot be started. [context="user']Caught Unexpected Exception! Later I was notified by a student that LibreOffice is entirely broken for them, so they now use Microsoft Office 2003 which happened to be installed as well. ProgrammerOpenOffice 3.2.0 Build 9483 on Mac OS X 10.9.5.   The locale for any menus or Calc formulas in my posts is English (USA). I downloaded 3.4B and it works fine.

I install in windows xp libreoffice already join domian, and use the roaming profile. I only include this comment here to give any person looking for a solution, a work around until the current version is fixed. The Application cannot be started. I installed LibreOffice 3.3.2 in a desktop that had no previous office application installed and it juts works fine.
